Pradeep Subrahmanyan is currently the program manager for the Litho CD program at KLA-Tencor. Prior to this, he held various technical, marketing and managerial positons in the field of semiconductor manufacturing and magnetic recording. His work in semiconductor manufacturing involved laser processing and trimming of semiconductors for yield improvement while at ESI. He also worked at the Advanced Recording Technology lab at Seagate technology on next generation magnetic recording media, GMR heads and patterning solutions.

Besides, Dr. Subrahmanyan also led entrepreneurial efforts in signal processing and optical fabrication. He led worldwide engineering for spectral analysis and vibration control at Data Physics Corp. and prior to that led RAPT Industries in commercializing atmospheric plasma processing technology for figuring precision optics. His professional efforts have concentrated on advancing attainable precision through design and control.
