• Pin-Chiang Chang, Deputy Manager of System in Package Product Division at Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. (SPIL). • With over 10 years in the field, he in charge of SiP module design and development, including wireless connectivity products in SPIL. • His current product development area of interest includes the integration of MCU, wireless connectivity, power management, memory and EMI shielding for the growing demand from the wearable devices booming.
