| C. Joe Wu is currently a deputy director of Nano-Materials Center at TSMC Fab 12B in Hsinchu. He is responsible for the management of advanced fab raw materials. Prior to joining TSMC in 2013, he held various technical and managerial positions in the field of microlitholgraphy material and process development at IBM, New York from 1999 through 2013. He also served as a senior advisory lithography process engineer at Seagate Technology from 1996 through 1999. Dr. Wu has published many journal articles and patents in the areas of lithography process, materials, and metrology through his professional career. He received his PhD in physical organic photochemistry from Columbia University in 1994. |
