MRAM – A New Memory for the Mainstream
In this presentation the author will describe the progression of MRAM to a mainstream memory. The evolution of the Everspin technology has led to a portfolio of products that are successful and proven in the market. Customer use cases and application examples will be shown. The newest development on Spin Torque MRAM will be described including the path from a fully-functional 64Mb DDR3 ST-MRAM 90nm node in production all the way through products implementing a perpendicular MTJ n 300mm wafers.
