Biography:
Chinghan Huang is a dupty project. manager with MEMS and Photonics Engineering Department of the Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE Group), where he is currently managing sensor packaging. He has over 10 years of research focusing on sensor design and packaging, stress simulation and reliability issues, failure root cause analysis. Chinghan Huang received his Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical engineering from the National Central University, Taiwan, in 2009. He has been a post-doctoral researcher at the optical center, National Central University in 2009. His expertise is in the areas of energy harvest, MEMS sensor design and process, solidstate electronic material and nano-material and technology. Now he is focusing on MEMS and optical sensor packaging. He has over 45 technical publications of SCI journal papers and international conference papers, and also is the inventor of 13 patents in US, China and Taiwan.
