Biography: |

Masoud (Max) Mirgoli is the Vice president of World Wide Strategic Partnerships of IMEC and heads the team at IMEC responsible for global and Strategic partnerships of IMEC working directly with the CEO and President of IMEC.
He has over 26 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has held leadership roles in the industry and has a in depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Semiconductor industry and it’s players.
Prior to Joining IMEC, Mr. Mirgoli was the COO and managing director of ICOS Vision Systems, A publicly traded semiconductor inspection and metrology capital equipment company which successfully merged the company with KLA TENCOR in an all cash sale by KLA TENCOR.
Prior to joining ICOS, Mr. Mirgoli served as the Corporate Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Automation and Controls division of Matsushita Electric works ( Panasonic ). He holds an MBA from college of Notre Dame and a degree in Electrical Engineering from California and a linguistics degree from University of Madrid.
