Biography:
Yenchun Chang is currently the ESH deputy manager in FOREPI, a subsidiary company of EPISTAR. He has worked in HSE area for about 11 years. In the first 5 years, he worked in ProMOS tech., which is a DRAM manufacturer. He conducted the OHSAS management system, took charge of the safety during new fab construction, and conducted a task force, greenhouse gas inventory and reduce carbon emission. In 2009, he transferred to EPISTAR and He coordinated Professional Loss Control reports for 12 sites with Broker and Developed the loss prevention standard. Currently, he leads the ESH team of FOREPI to achieves the task objects of EPISTAR.
