Biography:  
Edward Law is the senior director of Package Engineering, Operations and Central Engineering Group at Broadcom.  He manages package design, signal integrity, thermal and package development for all lines of business of Broadband Connectivity and Infrastructure Networking.  He has been instrumental in the package technology development covering package roadmaps, chip to package interactions, materials, assembly processes selection, qualifications and continuously collaboration with business units and customers on technology alignment and deployment.  He received B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, USA and he holds 8 issued U.S. patents.
