• Ph.D degree of Materials Science and Engineering, National Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan, in 1989. • Postdoctoral research , AT&T Bell Labs., Murray Hill, NJ, during 1990 to 1991, on the nano structure fabrication using focused ion beam (FIB) . • Associate researcher , National Nano Device Laboratory, National Science Council, Taiwan, on the ion implantation technology, shallow junction fabrication and device fabrication. • Department head of Core Technology Development, Mosel-Vitelic Inc. on the 0.25um technology, during 1995 to 1998 • Senior manager of process integration , UMC on the 0.18um logic technology, during 1998 to 2000. • Department manager of the process integration, Fab12A , UMC, during 2000 to 2002. • VP of technology development, eMemory Corporation, during 2002 to 2004 • Director of advanced technology research and development center, ProMOS, on the 60nm DRAM and NAND Flash technology developments. • Now is the chief technical officer (CTO) of Materials Analysis Technology Inc., Taiwan.
