| Martyn Coogans is currently the senior product marketing manager for ASML’s Holistic applications business line, he has been responsible for defining and customizing ASML’s holistic application product line. Prior to this he managed several major projects implementing ASML’s holistic solutions to the worldwide customer base. He also developed ASML’s diffraction based overlay metrology system where he has several patents and papers on overlay metrology target design and measurement. Prior to his time at ASML, he was the engineering team leader with Intel responsible for metrology and APC within the Lithography area. |
