| Dr. Tony Tsai is the Special Assistant in President office of Inotera Memories, Inc. Currently he is in charge of business development in advanced packaging solution. He has been continuously involved in the industry of semiconductor for 20 years covering technology and marketing. He received Ph.D. degree from UC at Berkeley specializing in electronic and optical materials with more than forty worldwide patents and numerous technical papers published. |
