He is Responsible for the complete budget of the Electrics/
Electronics Division of Audi in Asia. Under his leadership and guidance, the complete Electrics /Electronics area in Asia was successfully restructured, in order to have it future compliant for the impacts of disruptive technologies from CE industry and Chinese & Japanese OEMs.
Meanwhile, Mr. Khan has established the lean and innovative processes in Project Management, Product Development, Purchasing and Quality with existing and new suppliers.
The development time of the Software and hardware in EE (Electrics / Electronics) was reduced during his leadership, while the German automotive DNA in products are still kept.
Mr. Khan is Initiating new development projects for the next evolutionary generation of Connected Vehicle modules and features.
As the component and functional owner, he is responsible for development of in-car components, backend and the connection to the content providers.
