His responsibility includes focusing on technology-driven marketing and project support with respect to industrial engineering, process technology, equipment engineering and the manufacturing environment, including waste reduction and energy conservation in all major industrial segments, such as Semiconductor, Photovoltaics and Research & Development laboratories.
Mr. Csatáry has been with the company since 1989 and has 28 years of professional experience in or serving the semiconductor industry in functions including manufacturing planning and control, scheduling software development, wafer fab operational consulting, marketing and project management.
During his career, Mr. Csatáry has authored or co-authored numerous papers related to improving the efficiency of engineering and construction of advanced technology facilities, development of new factory concepts, as well as improvements in contamination control.
Mr. Csatáry is a member of ITRS’s Factory Integration technical working group that also focuses on identifying solutions for wafer fab facilities solutions to meet future challenges along the Roadmap.
