After getting his MS and PhD degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, he taught in the School of Building Construction, University of Florida from 1983 to 1985.From 1986 to 2009, Professor Chang taught in the School of Civil Engineering, Purdue University. His specialty is in the area of construction engineering and management.
Starting fall 2006, Professor Chang went to Department of Civil Engineering, National Taiwan University and helped the CE department establish High-Tech Facility Research Center. Presently, Professor Chang is teaching in the CE department of National Taiwan University.
Prof. Chang’s research interests are:
1) Contamination Control for 10nm Manufacturing,
2) Crucial Technologies for 450mm Fab, and
3) Facility Information Modeling for ND Fab Project Management.
In current years, He has taught the courses of Nano-Cleanroom Design, High-Tech Facility Construction Management, Construction Productivity, Construction Planning and Scheduling, and Construction Finance and Business Management.
張陸滿教授，1971年畢業於國立成功大學土木系。
1974年至1977年間，張教授於台灣矽谷—新竹，負責工業技術研究院-頭重埔新院區之規劃監造，並且協助工研院電子工業研究所設計建造了台灣第一座積體電路示範廠房，而後即赴德州大學奧斯汀分校深造，並取得營建工程及計畫管理碩士、博士學位。
於1983至1985年間，張教授至美國佛羅里達大學建築學院之營建工程系任教。1986年起，張教授轉到普渡大學土木工程系營建工程管理組任教，時至2006年秋季班，張教授返回台灣，並於國立台灣大學土木工程學系繼續從事教學研究。
張教授的研究興趣在於:
1)十奈米晶圓製程之汙染控制
2)十八吋(450mm)晶圓廠之關鍵技術
3)多維度廠房設施資訊模型於專案管理之應用。
張教授近年開設下列課程：
1)潔淨無塵室設計
2)高科技廠房設施營建管理
3)營建專案管理
