Biography:
Arthur Chuang is currently the senior director of 300mm Facility Division of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd.He is responsible for the new fab planning, design and construction projects and the facility operations. He led the team and completed 30 projects in Taiwan, USA, Singapore and Shanghai, including 8-inch wafer fabs, 12-inch wafer fabs, in-house masking facilities, wafer level packaging facilities as well as LED and Solar plants. The total cleanroom area that he has built is over 700,000 square meters. Arthur Chuang has devoted himself to the green fab construction and hi-tech facilities innovations. His outstanding achievements and accomplishments have won nation wide recognition, including: - 2011 Ten Outstanding Project Managers, Institute of Taiwan Project Management - 2015 National Industrial Innovation Award, Ministry of Economic Affairs
