| Mr. Satoru Akita is a leading solder paste development engineer at Senju Metal Industry Co. Ltd., currently serving as General Manager for the Soldering Technical Center. Since joining SMIC, in addition to engaging in solder paste development and facility set up, Mr. Akita was responsible for operations at Senju Comtek USA, where he worked for over 13 years providing technical support services to various high tech companies. He has over 20 years of experience in SMT materials and processing, with an extensive background in high-reliability applications involving both water-soluble and no-clean solder paste formulations. Mr. Akita received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Gunma University in 1995 and has contributed to a number of white papers presented to organizations such as ECTC and the IEEE. |
