 Biography :
Stefan Lutter has received a degree in Microsystems Engineering from the
University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg, Germany, as well as a Master of
Business and Engineering (MBE®) degree from Steinbeis University in Berlin.
Before joining SUSS he held several engineering and management postions in
the field of MEMS for microscopy and automotive applications in Switzerland and
Germany. He has joined SUSS MicroTec in 2008 as the International Product
Manager for coater / developer systems and has taken over the role of
International Product Manager for temporary bonding systems in 2011. Since
September 2013 he is the General Manager of the Bonder Division at SUSS
MicroTec.  

Stefan holds several patents in the filed of MEMS sensors
